Now as a licensed Managing Broker, David leads Torrent with the same practical, detail-oriented approach he developed in the trades. He's a member of the Victoria Real Estate Board and believes that good property management is built on genuine relationships — knowing your clients, knowing their properties, and being the kind of broker who picks up the phone.

Kabir's career spans three countries and two demanding professions. Trained as an architect in Afghanistan, the United States, and Canada, he developed a deep understanding of how buildings are designed and built. He then spent 21 years managing a successful restaurant — an environment that sharpens exactly the skills property management demands: handling people well, staying composed under pressure, and keeping operations running smoothly.
Kabir joined Torrent in 2006 and has been a licensed property manager ever since. Clients and tenants alike find that when a difficult situation arises, Kabir has a way of finding the path through it that works for everyone. That instinct for practical, people-first problem solving is something you can't teach — and it shows in the relationships he's built over nearly two decades in Victoria.

Tim's career has taken him from the oilfields of northern Alberta to the hospitality industry in Calgary, and eventually to Victoria — where he managed a restaurant steps from the Inner Harbour before launching his own cleaning business, which continues to operate today. Along the way he also earned a diploma in holistic nutrition, a detail that says something about how he approaches most things: with genuine curiosity and a commitment to doing it properly.
Tim joined Torrent in February 2025, bringing with him years of logistics, operations, and financial management experience across multiple industries. He keeps the office running with a level of precision that the rest of the team has come to rely on — nothing falls through the cracks, and he prefers it that way.
